As a start, let me share with you how Suri Ermesa emerged and it is here now, to serve your fashion appetite :)
It started when I helped out bunch of my friends for their wedding preparation. My ideas are needed and materialised when it comes to designing their wedding dresses and especially on their Hijab wear for the big day. It's like when it comes to Hijab, there's no other person they should consult other than Me!
I am surrounded with Muslim ladies who choose to cover up and be a Hijabi but at the same time they appreciate fashion. Those Hijabi, they also want to look beautiful, EXTRA ORDINARY BEAUTIFUL on their wedding day and I believe even though you choose to cover up, you still can be stylish like other brides. A hijab should not be a barrier for you to outshine especially on your wedding day but it should be the crown to beautify and enhance the beauty of a Bride.
Living in Malaysia where Bridal Hijab is limited, make me and other Hijabi friends find it difficult to get what we want. You can easily get makeup artist who can do great hairdo but lack of skill in hijab-do or should i say Hijab-wear skill. You can easily find bridal wear designers but no service on hijab wear design. I find that my friends are lucky to have me as I can design and do their Hijab wear for their wedding day but how about others, Hijabi out there but they do not know anyone who can be their Hijab "Consultant" or "Stylist"? After thinking about this matter together with supports from friends and family, I decided to set up Suri Ermesa to be the platform where people can get in touch with me when it comes to Bridal Hijab.
The name Suri Ermesa which means "Beautiful Queen" give me the strenght and believe that all women especially Muslim Women who choose to cover up are the Queen in my heart and I am here to make them realise that they are beautiful even though they put on their Hijab. Not to limit my service only on Hijab wear and style, Suri Ermesa also provides accessories, bridal wear, evening wear as well as makeup services for all occasions including bridal makeup.
I hope that my good intention to beautify Hijabi out there on their wedding day will gain support from all of you out there. Spread the news and love that Suri Ermesa will be the solution to all the Bridezilla who still wondering what Hijab should they put on for their big day!
